Our orders are still being sent out by our dedicated warehouse team, and continue to be delivered by Royal Mail. Under normal circumstances Royal Mail deliver within 3 – 5 days from despatch, which in most instances is still being achieved. However, in some instances we have experienced slight delays with Royal Mail. Therefore, we would please ask you to allow 5 – 10 working days from despatch for Standard Delivery. Thank you for your patience during these challenging times.

There have been some changes made by Royal Mail to enable safe delivery of orders by minimising contact. These are detailed here and include the below;

-    If the parcel is too large to fit through your letterbox it will be placed on your doorstep, your doorbell will be rung and the delivery person will be stood a safe distance from your door

-    Hand-held devices won’t be given to you to sign they will instead log the name of the person receiving the parcel

Express deliveries are continuing at this time with delivery remaining at 1– 2 days following despatch.

We are still offering free returns and because we understand that it’s a difficult time, we have extended our returns policy to 90 days for all orders.

We appreciate it is not always possible to get to the Post Office with your returns. As such our free returns label can also be used with Royal Mail’s Click and Collect service for a small collection fee.
